Celebes Divers is in Indonesia. To be more specific: Manado, North
Sulawesi.
North Sulawesi (Sulawesi Utara) is a province at the northeastern tip
of the island of Sulawesi, the largest islands of Indonesia with the
Bunaken National Marine Park right at our doorstep.
The Bunaken National Park has reached a status as one of the world's
prime dive destinations.
The capital and largest city in North Sulawesi is Manado. Our Mapia
Resort & Spa is located just 30 minutes by car from Manado Airport
and to Onong Resort it takes only 45 minutes by boat from Mapia Resort.
Go to our interactive map to find our resorts and Manado airport. There are also interactive maps where you can find all the dive sites along the Manado coast, Siladen Island and Bunaken Island.
To get an impression of our resorts and dive sites you can also watch the videos or take a virtual dive on some of the reefs and look around in our resorts!
There are lots of reasons to choose for Celebes Divers. Whether you
choose for Mapia or Onong Resort or a combination of both your holiday
will be relaxation and top diving all over.
Let's list it all up for you:
North Sulawesi is only 150 kilometers away from the equator so the weather is more or less the same in all seasons. Officially there is a "dry" and a "rain" season but there is almost no difference between these two.
The temperature in daytime is (normally) 26 -32 degrees Celcius all year around and every other day there is some rain, but mostly not more than 30 minutes. During the nights it cools off to a pleasant 25 - 27 degrees Celcius.
